It is possible. Run your sequence which moves three 3C pieces, twist
one of these pieces so two colors are flipped, then undo the 3 piece
sequence. This will give you a sequence which changes two colors on two
pieces. Then reposition one of these pieces so that two different colors
are swapped (the correct one and one of the others). Then undo the
sequence which swapped the two colors and undo your setup moves. This will
leave one piece with A moved to B, B to C, and C to A.
