I just solved Hemi-Dodecahedron, factor =3D 1.74. It can be interpreted as =
a 6 color, slice-only Starminx. (see ewtopic.php?f=3D15&t=3D15130> for the regular Starminx) It only took 126 mo=
ves to solve. I like relatively easy puzzles like it.=20

I would love to solve the slice-only Pyraminx Crystal, but I cannot find th=
e sweet spot.

Hi Nan,

The factor 1.28848304015396 will produce the hemi-Pyraminx Crystal. There
are significant animation issues however, so I'd recommend solving with
instantaneous twisting. There is also a drawing issue with the stickers on
the inverted face, but the puzzle permutation behavior looks fine. All of
these drawing issues stem from the slices projected to lines, which I'm not
handling well if those lines don't go through the origin (like they do on
Rubik's Revenge). I should mention that I noticed a twisting problem if you
try to use this factor on the 12-colored version (you can't twist the
inverted face).

I have Pyraminx Crystal puzzles on the list to debug for v2, so hopefully
I'll have both these working better later.

seeya,
Roice
