After having solved the Hypercube and the Pentachoron of length 3
recently I was interested in the 120-cell. I installed it and wanted to
start asuming that the macro defining and using possibility is present.
Few years ago I came across of the magic cube but I stopped to spend
time because there where no macros. By chance I discovered these weeks
that a new version allowed macros. I immediately started to play.
Is there a chance that the 120-cell will also have macros or do I
oversee something?

Hi Eduard,
MC4D
puzzle version of the 120-cell. The separately implemented 120-cell puzzle
here
though it does have some other nice features that help make a solution more
tractable (in particular, sticker finding functionality). It is also more
performant in my experience.
I wish I could say adding macros to the latter was on my short term to do,
but there is so much else ahead of it on the interest scale that I don't
have plans for working on that right now. I'm always happy to share the
source code with anyone who might like to tackle this feature though.
Take Care,
Roice
